Drafting and legal examination of foreign trade contracts:

• drafting and legal examination of bilingual foreign trade contracts, (including in English, German, French) in various areas of economic activity, in accordance with the applicable international regulatory legal acts and business customs, taking into account international agreements and conventions to which the Russian Federation is a party (including the Vienna Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods);
• inclusion in the foreign trade sale contracts of the unified rules of INCOTERMS, their interpretation;
• advice regarding the optimal choice of substantive law to be applied to a foreign trade contract, as well as other property and non-property relations with the participation of a foreign entity;
• choice of the law applicable to a foreign legal entity carrying out commercial activities in the territory of another state through a representative office, branch, creation of a subsidiary, etc.
